Мука - 300 гр
Молоко - 300 мл
Сахар - 2 ст. л.
Соль - 1 ч.л. (неполная)
Яйца - 3 шт.
Вода - 200 мл
Дрожжи сухие - 1 пакетик
Масло растительное - 6 ст. л.
Инструкции:
Долго искала разные рецепты блинов, но все время получалось что-то не
то. В результате подобрала пропорции сама и довольны были все! Пахнет
замечательно и на вкус потрясающе!
1. Муку просеять и смешать с дрожжами, сахаром и солью.
2. Развести смесь теплым молоком и водой, добавить яйца и взбить миксером.
3. поставить в теплое место без сквозняков на 30-40 минут (Идеально подходит электрическая духовка градусов на 40)
4. после подъема тесто слегка размешать и дать ему подняться еще раз.
Если дрожжи хорошие, то пена будет довольно густой. В этом случае можно
добавить немного жидкости.
5. Для выпекания смазать сковороду растительным маслом только для первого блина. Выпекать блины с двух сторон.
