Куриная паприка со шпэтцле
Пикантный вкус этому венгерскому блюду из курицы в сметанном соусе придает паприка - приправа, которая готовится из сладкого красного перца. Шпэтцле - кусочки теста, напоминающие крохотные клецки, делают соус еще более сытным.
1 Просеять в миску муку с половиной требуемой соли, добавить взбитые яйца и влить столько воды, чтобы получилось крутое тесто. Слегка вымесить, затем положить его в полиэтиленовый пакет и поместить в холодильник.
2 Слегка посолить и поперчить курицу. Разогреть растительное масло в большой кастрюле с толстым дном и обжарить куски курицы со всех сторон в течение 6-8 минут. Вынуть курицу и обсушить на салфетке.
3 Пассеровать в кастрюле лук и красный перец, пока они не станут мягкими. Добавить паприку и жарить в течение 1 минуты. Влить бульон-основу, положить курицу обратно в кастрюлю и довести до кипения. Убавить огонь, закрыть кастрюлю и тушить 20 минут почти до готовности курицы.
4 Добавить цветную капусту и горох и довести до кипения. Достать из холодильника тесто и хорошенько обвалять его в муке. Натереть тесто на крупной терке прямо в кастрюлю, помешивая ее содержимое. Закрыть кастрюлю и тушить около 10 минут, пока клецки не будут готовы, а овощи не станут мягкими. Снять с огня, добавить сметану, посыпать паприкой и подать на стол.

* 1 чайная ложка (без верха) соли
* 2 яйца
* 3 столовые ложки воды
* 1,5 кг курицы для жарки, разрезать на 8 частей
* молотый черный перец
* 2 столовые ложки растительного масла
* 1 крупная луковица, нарезать кольцами
* 2 красных перца среднего размера, очистить от семян и нарезать кубиками
* 1 чайная ложка (без верха) паприки
* 600 мл куриного бульона-основы
* 200 г цветной капусты
* 120 г мороженого горошка
* 150 мл сметаны
* паприка для украшения
